At Shoe Palace, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Items

  Place the unworn sneakers and apparel back into their original boxes and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your refund.
